Poly float sits on the water surface to insulate the water from all sides. The unique drain design allows for watering with or without a bucket and makes cleaning easy. A heavy-duty 5-gallon bucket is included. The product has been tested to keep water from freezing at temperatures as low as 15 degrees in an occupied stall.* Mounts easily to wood stall walls by simply placing lag screws with washers through the four holes located on the edges. *This test was conducted in a closed stall environment. Actual effectiveness is based largely on product placement and regular usage by the animal.
